1. Digital Downloads & Cancellation Rights

Because our products are digital, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the standard cooling-off period. However, by clicking "Download" or accessing your file, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately — and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel and receive a refund once the download has commenced.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Files

Where you are located in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Where you are located outside the United Kingdom, you may have equivalent rights under the laws of your country or region. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable local consumer protection legislation.

If the file is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair or replacement. If we are unable to provide a working, compliant file within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund.

3. What We Cannot Refund

  • Change of mind after the download link has been accessed
  • Incompatibility with third-party software — please check that your software supports the file formats listed in the product description before purchasing
  • Purchases made in error — please review your cart carefully before completing your order

4. Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
