HAUS Of Unequal sells digital goods exclusively. All products (3D assets, textures, and meshes) are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

How You Receive Your Products

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive your digital content via the delivery method specified on the product page. This is typically through a direct download link provided in your order confirmation email, or via your IMVU account using the Catalog ID (CID) associated with your order.

Delivery Timeframe

Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment processing. In most cases, you will have access to your purchased content within minutes of completing your order. If you have not received your product within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@hausofunequal.com with your order number.

As all our products are digital, no shipping address is required and no shipping fees apply. There are no customs, duties, or import taxes associated with our products.
